Right into the thick of things

G'day. It's been a while since my last update - I think last time I wrote the OZ still had the Ashes and I'd just started B-school. There's a good reason why I haven't been as active - it's been pretty full-on at school. Heaps of readings which take up virtually all my evening time. I may end up resorting to blogging every week, on the weekends. Bugger.

Anyway, just a quick update on what's been happening. I'm now finishing my third week of school (geez the time has flown quickly). The workload's been heavy but the program has met all my expectations so far. For example, today we discussed a case called "Monty Python", which involved some issues a licensing agency was having with their Monty Python property. Halfway through the case the person in question (Jerry Houle, president of Bliss House Licensing Agency) walked into the classroom! It was fantastic.

It's been reasonably busy from a social point of view as well - went to Kiwi's party on Friday night and went on a Harbour Cruise on Saturday. Finished at 2am both times, which is kind of early but Boston appears to be a city which parties early and finishes early.

More on those parties (and other things) a bit later - I have more reading to do (sigh). I think I've read about 250+ pages of things in three weeks. And it's only Mod I!
